We collect the following personal data when you make a booking or visit our website:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Address and country
• Identity document number (legally required for accommodation in Belgium)
• Payment details (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
• Anonymous browsing data via cookies (Google Analytics)

3. Why do we use your data?

• Processing and managing your booking
• Legal obligations (police registration Belgium)
• Website analysis and improvement (Google Analytics, only with your consent)
• Communication about your stay

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on: (a) performance of a contract (booking), (b) legal obligation (police registration), (c) your consent (cookies/analytics), and (d) our legitimate interest (communication about your stay).

5. Retention period

Booking data is retained for 10 years in accordance with Belgian accounting legislation. Police registration data is retained according to the legal period. Analytical data is anonymised after 26 months.

6. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies necessary for the website to function, and analytical cookies (Google Analytics) which are only placed after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings.
